Overview
The 3 day days Queen Elizabeth safari is of a life time experience that will have great game drives that is to say evening game drive and morning plus 2 hours of the boat cruise at kazinga channel on lake Gorge and Edward to see abundant of water and wildlife. Lastly you will, you will have a chance to visit your great cousins (Chimpanzee tracking either Kyambura gorge or Kalinzu central forest reserve /Imara magambo forest.
Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park.
Depending where you are, enjoy breakfast at 8:00am then meet our professional safari guide and depart to Queen Elizabeth, take quick a break at Uganda equator and enjoy the photo shoots then proceed to queen Elizabeth, check in your hotel and have a quick lunch, after lunch take boat cruise tour at kazinga Channel that will go for 3 hours whilst seeing a bandant of wildlife such Hipos, Elephants, crocodiles, Bafaloes, leopards, Hynnas, worth hogs, aunt lops and lots bird spicies.
At 4:00pm return from the boat tour and embak on evening game drive from 4:20pm to 7:30Am and return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Early morning Game drive and an evening community walk to Lake Katwe to discover salt mining
On this day, after your breakfast at 6:00am, our expert game driver/ will meet you at the hotel, brief you and drive 1km to the park gate, you will register and start a you mazing morning game drive, during this game drive expect to see variety of wildlife such, Lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, leopards, Warthogs, Antelopes hymens, lots of bird species such as kingfisher, flamingoes, without forgetting the spectacular land scape of queen Elizabeth national park.
After game drive, then will drive to kasenyi where we shall be able to test prepared local coffee from the garden to the cup and a hot Ugandan Rolex made while enjoy the panoramic views of the park as well as the pink salt mining lake called Bunyampaka .
By 12:00pm, we shall return to the hotel for lunch as you relax at the hotel.
At 4:00pm, Drive to the black salt mining lake where you learn more on salt mining and get the full history of the people around the lake and their way of living style. You will then head to lake munyanyage for flamingo watching and by 6:00pm make a game drive as you head back to your hotel.
Day 3: Morning Chimpanzee trekking at Kyambura or Kalinzu and return to Kampala or Fort portal
Enjoy breakfast at 7:30am, then drive to Kalinzu forest reserve/ Kyambura gorge. After Chimp tracking proceed to Fort portal or Mbarara . Have lunch in Mbarara town and continue to Kampala and arrive in the evening.
