Overview
This 3 day tour will start and end in Entebbe airport with gorilla tracking in Bwindi impenetrable national park located in the south western part of Uganda. 7 hours drive from
Entebbe airport.
This tour may as well start from and end Kigali-Rwanda, which is a closer drive to Bwindi Park.
The first day will be travelling, and then tracking gorillas on the second day return to Entebbe or Kampala capital city on the third day.
Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park.
Your guide/ driver will pick you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel in case you arrive in the night. On the same day at 7:00am after breakfast, you will set off to
the south west in Bwindi park en route stopover at the equator for experiment and photography and lunch break in Mbarara. You will proceed to Bwindi and arrive in early evening.
Accommodation: Budget accomodation Rushaga Gorilla Camp, Gorilla Friends Resort or , Buhoma Community Rest Camp
Day 2- gorilla trekking day- Bwindi impenetrable national park.
Following breakfast at the Hotel, travel to the park headquarters to meet your guide for the day and begin your gorillas tracking experiences. Experienced guides and trackers
will accompany you in the morning, trek into the dense rain forest in the mountain slopes.
The journey, through the dense foliage and up steep climbs, is abundantly rewarded with the lifetime experience for viewing mountain gorillas in the natural habitats. You will have an opportunity to be within 7-10M of these magnificent apes, sharing in their daily lives and experiencing their day to day activities. Mountain gorillas are extremely rare with only an estimated 880 remaining in the wild. This is an experience of a
life time.
Following the trek, return to the lodge and, if time allows, take community walk to see the Bush men. Be advised: tracking maybe fairly strenuous with treks up to 5 hours or longer. At high altitudes, not uncommon. Mountain gorillas are wild animals because they have trekkers who keeps following them from time to time, I guarantee you
to see them without fall.
Those with disabilities, the park provide African Helicopter to carry you in stretched chairs by the porters and you will see a family of Gorillas closer at an extra cost of 300$ per person and this works out even to the people above 85 years who can’t
walk 500M.

Day 3: Transfer to Entebbe international airport or Kampala
capital city Or Rwanda Kigali.
After delicious breakfast, you will start your journey back to Entebbe international airport or kampala capital city or Rwanda Kigali. Cross the equator and have time to take photos at the equator line. Buy a few souvenirs and have a quick picnic lunch. You will then drive to Entebbe airport to catch your flights back home.
